Help End the Waitlist for Autism Treatment

Potential’s Car Show for Autism Cruises into Town for Fifth Year.  After a brief hiatus due to the pandemic, we’re thrilled to announce that this year’s car show will take place on Saturday, Oct. 2, 2021 from 1 – 5 p.m. at Bucks County Community College. We take pride in hosting a family friendly car show which appeals to car owners, car aficionados and families. 

Proceeds from this year’s event will help Potential in its effort to end the wait list for adults and children in our community seeking quality autism services. This is Potential’s only major fundraiser taking place in 2021. We are seeking the help of local car owners/clubs, businesses, organizations, vendors, entertainers, donors, and volunteers to ensure its success. If you are interested in being a vendor, please contact Hillary Sawyer at HSawyer@potentialinc.org before registering. We want to make sure you have a great experience at the show and that our vendor booths don't overlap. 

At the show we have set aside vendor spaces for small businesses. In 2019, we had 1,500 attendees and drew people from the Greater Philadelphia area. Vendor spaces are available for $35 and we ask vendors to provide a raffle item valued between $25-$40. Vendor registration will close on Sept 24th or if all spaces have been filled. 

You will receive a 12’ wide × 17’ deep space to set up (2 parking spaces).  Vendors are to provide their own tent, chairs, tables, tent weights, etc. that they may need for their space. Vendors will also be featured on our event map that is provided to attendees and we will also give your business a shout out on our social media channels. 

Vendors will use the East Entrance of the Bucks County Community College located at 275 Swamp Road Newtown, PA 18940. The show officially opens to the public at 1:00 pm. We ask vendors to arrive between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm. The show officially opens to the public at 1:00 pm.
